The process for engaging Odyssey Alliance typically begins with an initial request from the small business or organsiation (contact us). From this we conduct an initial consultation to understand the client's needs and goals and we develop a proposal outlining our recommended approach, scope of work and agreed key deliverables for consideration.
Odyssey Alliance believes that effective change management involves engaging and understanding key stakeholders, communicating clearly, frequently, and providing support and resources to those impacted by the change.
Odyssey Alliance believes that spending quality time with your people begins with a set routine, so the act of spending time with your people becomes habitual. As with habitual behaviour culture is born, and in this case a respectful culture and by setting it in stone means you in turn gain trust from your people. Yes, Odyssey Alliance offers customised training and development programs tailored to the specific needs and goals of our clients at all levels of an organisation and individually.
Absolutely, Odyssey Alliance will determine from an initial 15 minute consultation the required level of mentoring or coaching. This can range from virtual sessions, to in person coaching (as applicable) with individual 30 minute or 60 minute session times or timeframes tailored to suit your required goals.
