The 30 minute session is a deeper discussion based upon the information provided in the appointment form, or from the 30 minute free session. Predominately for coaching or mentoring advice or seeking direction for the next steps in your career or leadership development goals. 

The 60 minute session is an in-depth review of the information provided in the appointment form or 30 minute free session with discussion of proposals for next step requirements. This commonly becomes a reoccuring coaching and mentoring session, built upon a framework focused on capability development and career goals.
